Vegas Litter: Casino, Keno, Roulette, Poker
The Vegas litter of pups is 10-11 weeks old. Mom was an Australian Shepherd and Dad appears to have been a variety...The puppies live in a foster home with dogs, cats and kids. They have been well socialized and are use to loud noises, kids playing, screaming, bouncing balls, cars honking, TV blaring, radio playing and the vacuum going almost every day. Their foster home is a real zoo with lots of commotion and a whole lot of love.
Roulette most resembles the coat of a Catahoula or possibly an ACD. She is still not completely sure of herself around strangers. It probably takes her a day or so to warm up to all the new faces that come in and out of her foster home. She hangs back at first but as she gets to know everyone, she's right in there wielding for attention. She's one of the smallest in the litter but don't let that fool you. She's got spunk. She knows how to let everyone know she's all about playing.

Keno most looks like an Australian Cattle Dog. If her dad wasn't an ACD, then we're not sure who he would have been! Keno is totally in your face, come play with me, what are you doing, how do I do what you are doing, kind of dog. She doesn't know the word No. She thinks the world is her planet to explore and she's ready and rarin' to go every single day. When she crashes it is usually in mid-stream. She simply conks out whether she's in the middle of a game of tug-o-war or happily playing with siblings. Then it's up and going a thousand miles a minute.

Casino known as Casi by her foster family was originally Black-Jack only to be renamed when it became apparent he was not a he but a she. So Casi it is...Casi is the mildest, most mellow of all the puppies. She is also the biggest. As a four to five week old pup she was thought to maybe be Border Collieish but her fur is denser and thicker and there's just nothing high energy about this gal. Now, no need to worry. Casi is perfect the way she is but she's more relaxed, refined and she is more apt to want to hang out on your lap then to jump off to explore.

Poker is much like the game he is named after. There are various versions and types of poker and so goes our only male in the litter. He seems to be a dog who has many different parts and pieces to him. He has the outgoing, want to love everyone, Lab personality. He has the long body and stubby legs of a Corgi and he has a Mom who was a blue merle Aussie. Go figure. Mr. Poker is fun loving, spirited, into everything, love the world, kind of boy. You can't go wrong with him.
