Berry Family:
The Berry Family is 3 1/2 months old and recent arrivals from Taiwan. They made the 17 hour voyage to find a better life in the US. Here is a link to our joint rescue efforts with the Taiwan rescue: http://www.dpsrescue.com/taiwan.html. And a better life is what they will get with our wonderful adopters. The Berry Family is currently being fostered in a home with dogs, cats and kids. They are well socialized, friendly and outgoing. They are eager to greet you and jump into your arms. The kids love playing with them and recently built a fort where the pups can climb up with them and hang out. It's a great life between dogs and kids! The puppies are expected to be under 40lbs when full grown.

Huckleberry
Huckleberry is King in the eyes of his foster mom. She absolutely adores him. The minute he hears her voice his ears stick up and he's ready and waiting for her. He loves the kids, but Mom offers the goodies and he's always ready for the goodies. Huck as he is known, loves to play with toys, loves to snuggle on the couch and can often be found sound asleep at night as Mom and Dad wind down from a busy day.

Blackberry
Blackberry is the Queen of the litter. Her foster mom says that she's the one everyone looks to and follows around and she's like a commanding officer telling them where to play and how to play. She's also one of the smaller ones which makes it so funny. Blackberry is a lover girl with her people and would be an ideal dog to go with an adult dog because she won't be Queen anymore! She'll adjust to just about any type of home and she'll be a hit at the dog park, dog beach or anywhere dogs are welcome!

Cranberry
Cranberry is the playful one of the litter. If there's a toy, a friend, a person or just about anything, she'll play with it! She loves to try and entice the others to play with her but she's not always successful. Guaranteed if there is a wrestle-mania going on, she's in the midst. Cranberry has a very sweet personality. She's outgoing without being over the top or obnoxious. She has that joyful kind of spirit.

Raspberry
Raspberry is the baby of the litter. If there is one that wants to be cuddled and snuggled, it's Raspberry. She'll greet her foster mom first and say, "Please pick me up!" with those beautiful root-beer colored eyes. And of course she always gets picked up and carried around the house. Raspberry will play with the others but always comes back to make sure that her foster family is ok and that her rightful place in their lap is still in tact...Raspberry is our little spoiled princess.

They play with her non-stop and she trots all over the house and property with them as they are playing. She is an ideal kid's dog as she just loves to be where-ever they are and with them. She is highly treat motivated which I'm sure has nothing to do with all the treats the kids give her!
